Final rules from the Biden administration found at FederalRegister.gov. Excludes corrections and compliance guides. Rules without at least a sentence about the Regulatory Flexibility Act are also excluded. The RFA section is either from the rule text or, in cases where the rule text referred to a separate document, from a separate document prepared by the rulemaking agency. The ChatGPT 4o API was used to classify each RFA section as RFA certified and\/or RFA exempt. If certified, the frfacited field indicates whether the certification referred to a Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (FRFA), either within the RFA text or in a separate document.
